Hybrid Composites is an Australian manufacturer of advanced composite structures for defence, aerospace, maritime, motorsport, and industrial applications. We specialise in the design, rapid prototyping, and production of high-performance composite components that combine strength, precision, and efficiency. By uniting in-house design, CNC machining, and composite manufacturing, we deliver dependable results with short lead times and repeatable quality.

Operating from a 1,100 m² facility within the Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard, our team of skilled specialists manage every stage of production in-house ensuring accuracy, traceability, and complete control from concept through completion.

01. Design & Engineering

CAD modelling, reverse engineering, and production-ready design for manufacturability.

02. CNC Machining

High-precision 3- and 4-axis machining for tooling, cores, and finished components.

03. Manufacturing

Resin infusion, vacuum-bagging, and pre-preg laminate processes using carbon fibre, E-glass, and aramid (Kevlar).

04. Rapid Prototyping

Functional prototypes up to 6 m² manufactured within 7 days for testing and validation.

05. Repairs & Refits

Structural and cosmetic restoration, component recreation, and lightweight conversions for extended service life.
